All sales are final due to the sensitive nature of our products and our internal commitment to maintain good hygienic standards. 

If you receive an item and decide you no longer want it for any reason other than damage we will not offer a refund or exchange.   

However, if you receive damaged goods we will rectify the situation on a case by case basis based on discoveries made through investigation but must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of product. 

In the event an item is damaged and is approved for return it must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Once a return is received, we will send email notification regarding our findings and propose a resolution. If approved, a refund will be issued and credited to the original payment method.  

Please note, we only cover postage costs for the return of damaged goods or if the wrong item was sent. If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receipt to be eligible for refund/exchange and paid return shipping by us.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.
